Meet Lindsey
I am an elite trail runner and running coach based Colorado. After running for Western Colorado University's trail running team during my undergraduate career and coaching the college team for multiple years, I founded Running Wild to serve a wide community of badass athletes and adventurers. As I chase my own huge athletic and life dreams running professionally for Salomon, I hope to build authentic relationships with athletes that uplift their goals no matter the size. My own trail running accomplishments include winning the 2021 Silver Rush 50 mile run, breaking the Silver Rush 50 mile course record in 2022, placing 3rd at the 2022 Leadville 100, and more. I am passionate about mixing mental and physical health for optimal athletic and life performance, whatever that looks like for athletes of all abilities and with a wide range of goals. Individualized training is structured on the basis of long term health and happiness, which are the best indicators of success in athletics and beyond!
