TRAIL AND ULTRA COACHING
Prioritizing longevity in sport, chasing limitless athletic potential, and finding fulfillment throughout the process
Meet Coach Lindsey
I am an elite ultra and trail runner based in Gunnison, Colorado. After running for Western Colorado University's trail running team during my undergraduate career, I now assistant coach the team along with coaching individual athletes. As I chase my own huge athletic and life dreams, I hope to build authentic relationships with athletes that uplift their goals no matter the size. My own trail running accomplishments include winning the 2021 Silver Rush 50 mile run and runner up in the 2021 Grand Traverse run. Individualized training is structured on the basis of long term health and happiness, which are the best indicators of success in athletics and beyond!
LONG RUN LINDSEY IN THE MEDIA
“A lot of athletes think that adding mobility to their regular training means taking up a lot more time or doing some lengthy new routine, when in fact small and consistent mobility routines that take no more than a few minutes are all one really needs.”
Getting Started Running
"I really want new runners to give themselves permission to be a runner. I give them permission to truly consider themselves an athlete, whatever they want that to mean. With brand new runners and experienced/elite runners alike, process-oriented goals are key."
